The Communication Services Department is seeking a Video & Production Specialist who will play a key role in capturing, shooting, and editing high quality video content that tells the stories of Mississippi Baptists and supports the mission of the Mississippi Baptist Convention Board. This position is responsible for producing a wide range of videos—including testimonies, vision pieces, promotional materials, equipping resources, monthly executive updates, and media elements for major statewide events—while also maintaining an organized workflow for gathering, cataloging, and developing future story content. In addition to video production, the role provides support for live production environments by helping manage audio, lighting, and video systems; overseeing equipment maintenance and inventory; assisting with production needs for large events; and offering technical consultation to churches as needed. This position blends creative storytelling with hands on technical expertise to ensure excellence in both video content and live production across all ministry platforms.
