Worship and Connections PastorEither

The Worship and Connections Pastor responsibilities are as follows:

• Direct the planning, coordination, operation, and evaluation of a comprehensive worship ministry
• Plan and direct any special worship services held by the church
• Be available to assist in the execution of any special services such as weddings and funerals of church members upon request
• Assist the Senior Pastor in the planning and evaluation of worship services
• Coordinate and work with the Student and Children ministries to provide opportunities for both ministries to engage and grow in the worship ministry of the church
• Engage, recruit, and train volunteers to assist in the execution of worship services
• Equip worship team and choir members to serve the church with their musical gifts
• Oversee the purchase and maintenance of instruments and equipment as needed
• Oversee all aspects of the media team to ensure proper and correct use of technology in all worship services
• Oversee and provide input on all church management and communication software to ensure good stewardship of church funds and to ensure that best practices are in place
• Enlist volunteers to assist in actively engaging the church and community through social media posts, videos, podcasts, etc.
• Ensure proper communication techniques are employed so that the church remains informed of any upcoming services and events
• Assist the Senior Pastor to integrate members into the life and ministries of the church
