What are we looking for? PART TIME, INTERIM, “CONTRACT,” or ONE-TIME WORSHIP LEADER(s).
What do we want you to know about this need?
1) Worship. We are looking for someone who knows and loves Christ and His Church. Since you’re looking at the MBCB Job Board, we are assuming that’s you! Beyond that, we would like someone with some desire and/or talent to lead in worship.
2) Service. We want to serve you. Our church family wants to invest in our worship leader as much as needed, allow him/her to use their talents to enhance our worship repertoire, and help this person develop and refine God’s call in their family and ministry. Our pastor will be available to you to help you in ministry and in your studies.
3) Flexible. We want someone to invest time in our Sunday Morning Worship hour. Anything else (weekday, Sunday Night worship, media, adult choir, instruments, pulling music, etc etc etc) is negotiable to help you succeed personally, in ministry, and in school/at work. Oh, this is a paid position – depending on your skills, desires, experience, and availability. For students, we are willing to be creative with compensation structure (Eg, scholarship, travel, etc).
4) Experience. Have it? Don’t have it? It’s okay. Let’s talk about how we can serve together.
