Select & organize worship songs & musical sets for services & special events; lead congregational worship during church services & ministry gatherings; develop, mentor, & encourage members of the worship team spiritually & musically; schedule & lead rehearsals for musicians & vocalists; collaborate with the sound & media team regarding audio, lighting & visual media needs; work closely with pastoral staff & ministry leaders to ensure worship services align with sermon themes & church vision; foster an atmosphere of unity, excellence, & spiritual growth with the worship ministry; assist in recruiting & training worship team volunteers as needed; maintain professionalism, preparedness, & flexibility in all ministry responsibilities.
