Bovina Baptist Church is a growing vibrant community of believers, deeply committed to worship, discipleship, and outreach. We are passionate about sharing the gospel, developing mature followers of Christ, and creating an atmosphere of worship that honors God. As we continue to grow and serve our local community and beyond, we are seeking a dedicated and talented individual to lead our worship music.
The Associate Pastor of Music and Worship will serve in a dual role. This primary role will be to oversee the worship ministry by leading the congregation, choirs, and worship teams in music. Our worship service is a blended style using both traditional hymns and contemporary worship songs. Because Bovina Baptist desires to align the secondary role with the calling and gifting of the individual God calls, the secondary role may be in discipleship, student/youth leadership, or other ministries. The Associate Pastor will work closely with the pastoral team to create a culture of spiritual growth and worship that glorifies God.
