Valuing authentic, Scripture-based worship, the church seeks a passionate and musically gifted Worship Leader to guide the congregation in weekly worship services through music, prayer, and other creative elements, creating an atmosphere that encourages active participation and draws people closer to God. This part-time position entails collaborating closely with the Pastor, staff, and volunteers to ensure the smooth coordination and execution of worship services and other church events. The Worship Leader is expected to nurture personal spiritual growth through prayer, Bible study, and church involvement, serving as a Christ-like model for the congregation. Candidates should possess a strong and evident faith, demonstrating a clear personal relationship with Jesus Christ through character and conduct that reflects biblical principles. A solid understanding of Scripture and a theology of worship aligned with Biblical values are essential, along with the ability to lead, mentor, and work collaboratively with a team.
