Ridgecrest Baptist Church is a multi-generational church located in Madison, MS. We are prayerfully seeking God’s direction to find our next worship pastor. This full-time position serves as the primary leader of the church’s worship ministry. This role combines pastoral heart with musical excellence to serve the spiritual needs of the church family through dynamic, Christ-centered worship services, leading attendees to Know God, Serve Others, and Reach Our World.
