McLaurin Heights Baptist Church is a multigenerational community church right in the heart of Pearl, MS. We are prayerfully seeking God’s direction to find our next Worship Pastor. This full-time position serves as the primary leader of the church’s worship ministry. This role combines pastoral heart with musical excellence to guide the church in Christ-centered worship services, encouraging and equipping attendees to Seek God, Serve Others, and Share Jesus. The position will include an additional ministerial role to be determined through the search process and based upon the candidate’s gifts and passions.
