Worship PastorFull-Time

At First Baptist Starkville, we exist to follow Jesus and invite others to come along on the journey. With more 1,200 people gathering across three worship services each Sunday, ours is a vibrant, growing congregation that spans six generations. We are deeply committed to reaching the next generation, including a thriving college ministry that will expand to two midweek worship services this fall. You’ll find our staff to be collaborative, mission-minded, and forward-thinking, constantly seeking new ways to share the gospel while remaining faithful to biblical truth. As God continues to grow our church and expand our ministry reach, we are always looking for gifted people who feel called to invest their talents in Kingdom work. If you are looking for a place where your work can make an eternal impact and help shape the future of a growing church, we would love for you to consider serving alongside us.
