Youth ministerBivocational/Part-Time

First Baptist Church of Terry is located in the heart of Terry, Mississippi. We are searching for a part-time youth minister to lead and help grow our youth ministry. Our students come from varying backgrounds. We average 8-10 students on Wednesday nights but the area has the potential to reach so many others. We are looking for a youth minister that would be available approximately 20-25 hours per week. This would include Sunday morning, Sunday night, and on Wednesdays. The youth minister would need to be available for parents and students to reach. The youth minister would be responsible for planning all youth events including summer camps, etc. There is a youth committee that is available to assist as needed. He would also need to have a good working relationship with the ministry assistants and pastor at our church. We want to see our students passionate about loving God and others through Bible study and outreach service in and around our community.
