FBC Abbeville is searching for the person whom God is calling to be the next part-time youth pastor for our amazing youth. Abbeville is located only ten minutes north of Oxford/Ole Miss, providing an amazing outreach opportunity to the fast-growing area that surrounds the church.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Serve our youth by growing them in Christ. Lead the group by coordinating Bible study on Sunday mornings and Wednesday nights, as well as being available to them outside of church events. Planning events for the students on some Sunday nights is desired. Plan and lead summer camp while communicating all planned events with the pastor, parents, and church.
GENERAL INFORMATION: The next youth pastor at FBC Abbeville will need to be available to our youth in times of need, as well as have the primary goal of growing our students in Christ, and reaching the unreached youth in our growing community.
We are praying for, and seeking God’s will in finding the next leader for our students, and are excited for the opportunity to help grow our youth and community.
