Topeka Baptist Church is looking for a part-time youth pastor who has the opportunity to one day become a full-time position.
PRINCIPAL FUNCTION: The Youth Director/Minister is responsible for developing and promoting a comprehensive youth ministry at Topeka Baptist Church.
GENERAL EXPECTATIONS: Called of God, the Youth Director/Minister will be a contributing member of the team, under the pastor’s leadership, in following what He believes the Lord wants for the Church. There should be full support between the Pastor and the Youth Pastor/Minister. He is to be a good role model of Christian devotion, loyal to the church family, a spiritual home builder, faithful in stewardship and attendance, above reproach in personal conduct, and careful to fulfill his personal responsibilities and obligations.
