Church Minister Relations
Our department works with both the church as it seeks ministerial leadership and with the minister as he seeks God’s place of service.
The 2024 Preaching Conference focused on 1 and 2 Samuel, with our speakers covering crucial topics related to background and setting, theological themes and issues, and sermonic approaches to preaching and teaching the book. The three presenters are leading scholars and professors from our three Mississippi Baptist Colleges – Blue Mountain College, Mississippi College, and William Carey University.
